The Life Is Beautiful Concert on October 9, 2011 at Cathedral at St Luke was a tremendous success and wonderful to say the least. The Music and presentation was on the highest level and touched everyone who attended as a guest and a performer. Many thanks to all who made it possible and so beautiful! This event was in memory of our friend and cellist - Susan Goldmann. Music arrangements by Mary Berglund-Bos, Artistic Director Shannon Caine, and Host Ben Lane of Cathedral at St. Luke. Angelo Jannotti was our sound engineer who will be producing the CD from the event - to be distributed to area hospitals with proceeds going back into the Cancer Research Insitute. The Life Is Beautiful Chamber Players and Vocalists included, our masterful conductor Jon Territo, Soprano Ashley Lockheed, Tenor Eric Reece, Concert Master/Violinist, Mary Bos, Pianist Benjamin Lane, Flutist/Alto Flute, Shannon Caine, Flutist, Michelle Territo and Kelli Boquet. String Sections included Julia Gessinger, Robert Kerr, Victor Bowers, John Henry Gates, Michelle Jones, Shelley Mathews, Adriana Venturini, Elise Jimenez and Doug Mathews. Horn by Pamela J. Titus, and Harpist Meko and Victoria Schultz. Ballerinas Kristiana Caine and Valerie Kessler. Florals donated by Raining Roses in memory of Jonathan Panczuk and Photography by Chris Gillyard Photo. Beautiful Music provided all music for the New Years Eve 2010 wedding for Ashley Burnetti of th Burnetti Family - Lakeland with our Beautiful Music Orchestra, Voices 10 voice choir featuring Soloist Michelle Amato and Dirk from Voice of Liberty Walt Disney World. The Caine & Company Dance Band performed for the reception while 450 guests enjoyed the reception at the Omni Championsgate. The Ceremony is featured in this blog article Part I - with the Music Program including, Jesu Joy of Man's Desiring, Choir and Orchestra Verson of The Canon in D by Pachelbel, The Lord's Prayer with featured soloist Michelle Amato. The Prayer duo featuring our vocal duo and orchestra. Our Beautiful Music Orchestra included, harp, string orchestra, flute, trumpets, trombone, sax and piano - the doors opened to this candle lit and elegant ceremony setting created by 2 sisters events of Lakeland -the wonderful song Claire De Lune by Debussy with our pianist performing on a ebony Grand piano set the mood of romance. The Music also included our Fanfare Herald Trumpet Duo placed at the back of the ceremony - for the Entrance of our Bride - Ashley Burnetti to this elegant setting. Trumpet Voluntary with the Trumpet Duo and Full orchestra was perfect for this elegant and beautiful Bride. The Prayer time with the family was made even more special by the music featured. Our Recessional began as the Pastor began his benediction - This Will Be An Everlasting Love - Natalie Cole edition - with Full 10 voice Choir and Orchestra. This beautiful couple was the perfect and Bride and Groom for this Florida Wedding at the Ritz Carlton Grand Lakes on March 26, 2011 at sunset 8:00 pm on the DaVinci Lawn. Our harp music began the event with her original composition - Mystic Waters which led into the prelude filled with special requests from the Bride and Groom which included, Songs from the Phantom, Jekyll and Hyde, West Side Story, and other lush love songs as well as garden appropriate custom songs by Beautiful Music arrangers. Our Beautiful Music Chamber orchestra with Flute, Violin, Viola, Cello, Harp and Trumpet performed music by the late Izzi from Hawaii - "Over the Rainbow", I'm Yours by Jason Mraz, and the Bridal Grand Entrance, Time to Say Goodbye with vocalist Michelle Amato from our staff and Edward our featured tenor. Beautiful Music Goes to Greenville SC for a Wedding July 2010

Beautiful Music traveled to Greenville, SC the weekend of July 18, 2010. This college town was busy with activity! Our stay was very nice at the Westin Poinsett downtown Greenville, just a few blocks from where I played for the wedding at Falls Parks overlooking a waterfall. I performed with classical duo of sisters from the town for a small wedding - they did a great job! We enjoyed walking along the main street seeing all the locals walking their dogs, and having a great time. Our last evening we were referred to Soby's for dinner - wonderful food and atmosphere. They call it New South Cuisine. Our favorite items were the gourmet fried green tomatoes and the amazing She Crab Soup - they say patrons travel from as far as Charleston to come to this one of kind Restaurant. The Owner actually has several of the top restaurants in his arsenal. The best seat in the house is table 301 overlooking the kitchen. Enjoy the pictures of our visit - by my husband Greg. After dinner we enjoyed walking back to our hotel, and admiring the sculptures by Tuan. Amazing works. The Art Consultant from Midtown Artery was out and about and came up to introduce herself and chat about the statues. Orlando actually is another location that features his work too. The pieces on exhibit in Greenville are Meditation - My fave of course of a Flutist and Romantic Harmony with violinist. Greenville was a happening town, to say the least! Flute is a wonderful instrument as a solo feature or in an ensemble within a chamber group or my favorite - a jazz group. Solo flute has been popular for many years, but having it at events now has been very much in demand during the current economy. I play a wonderful Brannen Flute. Our Wedding Music group began with Flute and Harp Duos. Harp Music always in demand as Harp is one of the most requested instruments for Wedding Music and special events. Beautiful Music has a wonderful staff of harpists available for events. I actually began with harp and flute ensembles back in 1985. My long time elegant friend Sondra Vaughan is responsible for me getting head-long into the Music Industry Business and Wedding Biz. I have worked for over 25 years with Orlando Harpist, Kathleen Attanasi Goodin formerly full time with Walt Disney World Harpist for over 25 years at special venues such as Victoria & Albert's Restaurant at the Grand Floridan. I have worked closely with Florida Harpist Victoria Schultz for many years with special Celtic projects as well as concert series that include performances for the Scottish Games, and other special venues such as Sea World for the Believe Holiday Show. Her signature style on not only harp, but piano as well is the best! She brings her knowledge of composition to every event! She is an amazing harpist and musician - Victoria has a wonderful repertoire and experience playing with world artists such as Josh Groban and Andrea Bocelli just to name a few. Victoria is such a fun personality but always the consummate professional no matter what the request. Others players include Christine MacPhail, Catherine Way and Jan Jennings. Working with them for many years has been a pleasure. We have recently added to our staff of harpists Elizabeth Gerberding as she is the current Walt Disney World Harpist at Victoria & Albert's Restaurant. I met Elizabeth while playing flute with the Walt Disney World Candlelight Processional events in 2009 for EPCOT events. It was a beautiful sound just behind me in the orchestra, so we chatted, she performed for me at the Ritz Carlton Grand Lakes Orlando on 2009 Christmas Day opposite Victoria Schultz to finish off a very busy day! One of my favorites is harpist Meko - a world harpist, his approach to the harp is like no other, hands on, up on his feet, performing contemporary styles and classics with a modern touch. Our recording project together called Christmas at the Castle with our friend Susan Goldmann on cello, who has since passed away is a favorite. This project is even more special to us now. Events with Meko have included Fashion week at Neiman Marcus - bejeweled to say the least, as well as celebrity architect event in Winter Park. To purchase our Christmas CD - contact me via email. Many of the harpists play on Concert Grands made by Lyon Healy and Salvi are among the finest, as well as Mid size harps which are easier to move for outdoor weddings and events. Victoria Schultz performs on Concert Grand, Mid Size Harp as well as Celtic Harps ranging mid size to handheld. To tour a wide collection of harps from all over the world visit the International Harp Museum downtown Orlando. Meko has quite a collection assembled, I have never seen so many exquisite and unique harps from as far back as the 1750's at last count. Tribute to Flutist: Aaron Goldman, National Symphony Player formerly with Beautiful Music and OPO

Aaron Goldman formerly principal flute of the OPO, Beautiful Music Chamber Player and member of the Orlando Flute Choir now resides in Washington DC. Aaron came to visit in December 2009 and stopped by to play with our flute choir in honor of old times with our group. We enjoyed him coming to play as well as Lobo at the Christmas Holiday events for Walt Disney World. Aaron is a great flutist and is as kind as he is fabulous! Congratulations to Aaron on his continuing career as the Assistant Principal Flutist with the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington DC. One of his fondest memories, he said, was being on stage with Yo Yoma, cellist and playing for the President at the White House. Here's wishing Aaron continued success! Pictures include a Beautiful Music performance as well as a photo following his concert with Sir James Galway here in Orlando as well as a photo horseback riding and a recent chamber group picture in the concert hall. Melissa and Sean's wedding took place at the opulent Waldorf Astoria Orlando on June 12, 2010. This event included the Beautiful Music Trio Chamber Players for the Prelude, Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. The event was moved inside to the Ballroom Foyer due to a smart weather call by Lisa with E-events. Melissa 's glamorous look included her gown by Reem Acra with a old Hollywood style bird cage veil. The ceremony included gold chiavari chairs by Chair Affair, candle lit setting overlooking as the thunder storm rolled into the venue. This only added to the ambiance inside this beautiful venue and moment. Luscious Hydrangeas poured out of the candlelabra centerpieces, with gold linens by BBJ Linens and deep pink uplighting provided an exquisite setting. The wedding of Christy and Travis on June 13, 2010 at the Ritz Carlton Grand Lakes Orlando was simple elegance and sweet love. Truly a wonderful couple with a laid back relaxed demeanor. The intimate ceremony at the Gazebo at the Ritz Carlton Orlando draped with pale sheers blowing in the breeze while the Beautiful Music Luxury Quartet performed light background music. During the ceremony the groom chose poetry by E. E. Cummings was captivating. The dinner reception followed at Norman's Restaurant. Christy's gown was an exquisite Badgley Mischka. Her flowers included lavender roses, lavender rose boutonnieres designed by the brilliant Flourish Productions. Bridal beauty by Makeover Station completed Christy's perfect look for her special day! After the cake was cut, this sweet couple sat down to enjoy dinner at Norman's Restaurant for wonderful cuisine with close friends and family as the sunset was setting to their perfect day. Favors by Godiva Chocolates and centerpieces by Flourish Productions - wonderful orchids.The Beautiful Music Trio performed for the reception and our violinist serenaded the couple during the cake cutting ceremony outside on the Norman's Terrace. The Music included a friend of the family who has been featured on Broadway singing at the traditional Rollins ceremony. Jazz Solo Pianist of Beautiful Music at the Rosalind Club Downtown after a Trolley Ride to the destination. The Ceremony took place at Knowles Chapel at Rollins, such a special place.
